Welcome to TradersInd.com (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website, you (“User”, “Buyer”, “Supplier”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility
  • You must be 18 years or older to use our services.
  • Suppliers must have a valid GST and PAN for verification.
  • By registering, you confirm that all information provided is true and accurate.
2. Account Registration
  • Buyers and Suppliers must register with a valid mobile number (OTP verified).
  • Suppliers are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their business profile.
  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account login.
3. Use of Platform
  • The platform is for B2B trade and service booking only.
  • Users must not post illegal, harmful, misleading, or infringing content
  • Spamming, fake enquiries, and misuse of buyer/supplier data are strictly prohibited.
4. Vendor Declaration & Compliance
  • By registering on TradersInd, the vendor confirms that they are legally authorized to list and promote their products and/or services on the platform.
  • The vendor declares that they hold all required licenses, registrations, permissions, and approvals as mandated under applicable Indian laws for the products or services they offer.
  • The vendor agrees and acknowledges that TradersInd is solely a listing and lead-generation platform and does not sell, manufacture, stock, distribute, verify, or guarantee any products or services listed on the platform.
  • All business transactions, compliance obligations, and legal responsibilities shall remain solely between the vendor and the buyer, and TradersInd shall not be liable for any disputes, claims, or losses arising from such transactions.
5. No Guarantee of Leads / Enquiries
  • No Guarantee of Business or Leads
  • TradersInd acts solely as a digital B2B marketplace platform to enable suppliers (“Vendors”) to showcase their products and services and to facilitate potential buyer enquiries.
  • TradersInd does not guarantee any minimum number of leads, enquiries, sales, conversions, revenue, or business opportunities to any Vendor, whether registered under free or paid membership plans.
  • Buyer enquiries depend on various external factors including but not limited to market demand, product relevance, pricing, competition, seasonality, and buyer preferences.
  • Vendors acknowledge and agree that absence of buyer enquiries or business activity shall not entitle them to any refund, compensation, or claim against TradersInd.
  • TradersInd shall not be held responsible if no buyer enquiry is received during the membership period.
6. Listings & Services
  • Suppliers can list products and services as per their business category.
  • All listings must comply with Indian law (no banned products/services).
  • TradersInd is not responsible for product quality, pricing, or delivery – this remains between Buyer and Supplier.
7. Payments & Membership
  • Registration is free with optional premium plans for better visibility and leads.
  • Payment for premium services must be made securely via approved methods.
  • All payments must be made only through TradersInd.com via the official online payment gateway
  • We do not request or accept payments via cash, personal UPI IDs, WhatsApp links, or external payment links.
  • TradersInd will not be responsible for payments made outside the official website
  • No refunds will be processed once the membership plan is activated.
8. Communication
  • Buyers and Suppliers may connect via chat, WhatsApp, email, or phone.
  • TradersInd is not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from communication outside the platform.
9. Intellectual Property
  • All content on TradersInd (logo, design, text, features) is our property.
  • Users must not copy, reproduce, or misuse platform content.
10. Limitation of Liability
  • TradersInd is a facilitator only – we do not guarantee business outcomes.
  • We are not liable for:
    • False information by suppliers or buyers
    • Product/service disputes
    • Payment/delivery delays
11. Termination
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violating these Terms.
  • Users may deactivate their account by contacting support.
12. Governing Law
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka courts.
