📝 How to Register as a Supplier / Service Vendor on TradersInd

✅ Step 1: Sign Up

  1. Visit TradersInd.com
  2. Click on Free Vendor Registration from the menu.
  3. You will be redirected to the Vendor Plan Selection page.

Choose one of the following plans:

  • Free Vendor Plan – Click on Subscribe
  • Growth Vendor Plan (1-Year Paid Plan) – Complete the payment and click on Subscribe

✅ Step 2: Complete Registration Form

Fill in your business and account details:

  • Username
  • Email ID
  • First Name & Last Name
  • Address
  • Country (India – preselected)
  • City
  • State
  • Pincode
  • Store / Company Name
  • GST Number & Copy (Optional)
  • PAN Card Number & Copy (Optional)
  • Set your Password

After completing the form, click on the Register button.

Your application will be submitted to our admin team for review and approval before account activation.

✅ Step 3: Access Dashboard After Approval

Once approved by the admin:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Go to your Vendor Dashboard
  3. Complete your Business Profile

Add the following details:

  • Company Name
  • Logo
  • Business Description
  • Business Category (Manufacturing / Services / Trading, etc.)
  • Location (Bangalore)
  • Contact Details

A complete and professional profile increases buyer trust and improves visibility.

✅ Step 4: List Your Products & Services

You can now start adding your products or services with:

  • Product/Service Images
  • Detailed Descriptions
  • Pricing or Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), if applicable

Plan Limits:

  • Free Plan: Up to 10 listings
  • Growth Plan: Unlimited listings

(All listings are subject to platform quality guidelines and approval policies.)

✅ Step 5: Start Receiving Enquiries

Once your listings are live:

  • Buyers can discover your products and services
  • You will receive enquiries via:
    • Registered Email
    • Website Enquiry Forms
    • SMS Alerts (Growth Plan – coming soon)

Respond quickly to enquiries to increase your chances of converting leads into business.

The Free Plan offers standard visibility.

Upgrade to the Growth Plan to get:

If a vendor is unable to set up their store or upload product/service listings on their own, TradersInd offers an assisted onboarding service.

🔧 How It Works

  1. Contact the TradersInd Support Team to request assisted setup
  2. Our team will share the official Vendor Product & Service Listing Template
  3. Fill in all required details such as:
    • Product / Service Name
    • Category
    • Description
    • Pricing / MOQ (if applicable)
    • Images (as per instructions)
  4. Share the completed template with our support team

Our team will review the submitted data and complete the store and listing setup on behalf of the vendor.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Submitted data must be accurate and complete
  • Listings will be created as per TradersInd platform guidelines
  • Turnaround time depends on data quality and number of listings
  • This option is ideal for vendors who prefer assisted or offline onboarding
